A fine example of 18th-century ecclesiastic architecture, the façade is full of columns, niches and other baroque embellishments, in contrast to the asymmetry of the spires. Close to the sea and dominating one of the main squares within the old city walls, it was once inhabited by Jesuit priests until they were evicted, the building was then consecrated as Havana Cathedral in 1789. On the inside there are copies of paintings by Rubens and Murillo on the Alters, and at the top end of the choir section one can see part of frescoes by Italian artist Giuseppe Perovanni. Some of Columbus' remains were kept here between 1796 and 1898, and there is a finely crafted sculpture of Saint Christopher, Patron Saint of Havana, which dates from 1632 and was made by Martín Andújar in Seville, Spain.

Sabah

Sabah, the second largest state in Malaysia, is situated at the northern part of the island of Borneo, the third largest island in the world. It covers an area of 72,500 sq. kilometres with a coastline of 1,440 kilometres long washed by the South China Sea in the West, the Sulu Sea in the Northeast and the Celebes Sea in the East.

Known to the world as "THE LAND BELOW THE WIND", Sabah is rich not only in natural beauty and resources, but also in the cultural heritage of its people.

Sabah is very much a holiday destination to the avid traveler and anyone in search of total relaxation. With its abundance of parks, beaches and resorts, there is always something to see and experience. Sabah’s grandeur stretches from the depths of the vibrant ocean until the highest peak in Southeast Asia and the spaces in between is nothing less than amazing. While most of the world is getting predictable and dull, Sabah on the other hand is still as flamboyant and relatively unexplored. Its untainted rainforest is home to a plethora of organisms living in a chaotic harmony with each other. The thick jungle provides residency to the unique Proboscis Monkey and the famous man of the forest, the Orang Utan. These captivating creatures are a rarity and have specifically chosen this paradise as their home.

Other wildlife roaming free, the Sumatran rhino, Asian elephant, gibbon, civet, lemur, Malaysian sun bear, including large species of insects and plants, topped with many species of birds which color the forest canopies. The world’s biggest flower, the Rafflesia can also be spotted among the other treasures of the rainforest even if the smell isn’t most fragrantly appealing.

Among all the beauty and splendor, there is a peaceful and refreshing cultural integration between the many ethnicities that are living in Sabah. Officially, there are about 32 different ethnic groups living and striving together. The largest non-indigenous group is the Chinese, which make up 30% of the whole population.

The largest indigenous group is the Kadazan-Dusun which contributes 25%, followed by Bajau and Murut respectively contributing 15% and 3%. The English language is widely spoken and understood and Bahasa Malaysia being the national language and means of communication.

A number of Chinese dialects are also spoken and each indigenous group has their own language. Unlike most of Malaysia, cultural integration is far more plentiful and apparent in Sabah while maintaining their traditions. The people are as vibrant as the land itself and energy is spread wide and unconditional.

Both mystical and magical, there is adventure for those seeking it and will enchant anyone who sets foot on the land. It is uniquely exciting, yet calming but never dull.

Customers mean someone who pays for the good or service. Customers are very important in the every industry especially for the hospitality and the tourism industry because customer may will be caring on the income and affect to the economy in a country. If a country’s hospitality and tourism industry without the customers then this country will be fall to the economy problem. That’s why a country can’t ever been improve or well-off without the hospitality and tourism industry.

Customer care involves putting systems in place to fill your customers' satisfaction. It should be a prime consideration for sales and profitability depends on keeping your customers happy. Customer care is more directly important in some roles than others. The moment we accept that our role as customer support professionals is actually about caring for clients, amazing things can start to happen. No longer do we have to think of ways to motivate ourselves and others to serve well, we now have the perfect reason to go the extra mile. By showing that you care and you have given your customer the opportunity to open up. A trusting relationship can now begin. If we can do it well then in the future we must can be attract more customers to pays for the good or service and will be success in the own industry.

In short, customers are the king. They will be always right too because they are the one who pays for the good and service. Whatever how we can’t ever try to fight with them because it’s doesn’t worth for us. We must be kind with customers.

Social Responsibility

Social responsibility is an ethical or ideological theory that an entity whether it is a government, corporation, organization or individual has a responsibility to society at large. This responsibility can be "negative", meaning there is exemption from blame or liability, or it can be "positive," meaning there is a responsibility to act beneficently (proactive stance). It’s a voluntarily assumed obligation toward the good of a larger social unit as opposed to the self alone. It’s also can be defined as accepting responsibility for others and taking action against social injustice. It includes meeting the needs of others through charitable giving.

As a Sabah citizen, we should take action to be more responsible to care about the island because it will be affect to the tourists were traveled to Sabah or interested travel to Sabah. If we didn't take action to care about the island at all, this will be caring on the bad image about island and Sabah to the tourists. Tourists may Ignore it won’t be travel to Sabah again and tell to their family or friends about what happened in Sabah when traveling. Of course, this will be serious because it’s affect to the economics of Sabah. That’s why as a Sabah citizen we should be more responsible to create a great image to the tourists for improve the economics and the reputation of Sabah.

For the future of Sabah, everyone of Sabah must be more responsible to care about the island and Sabah. This will lead Sabah to be improved and create the way to be successful state in tourism and other industry.

Sapi Island Trip

I had learned many after the trip to Sapi Island with the classmate of Pendidikan Moral.

I learn about teamwork because I can’t clean the island without the help of my friends and team. We clean up the beach so that other people or citizen will also follow and keep the beach clean because the first impression is the most important for everyone especially for tourists. If they do have a great first impression, then they will come back to travel again and promote to the other friends this action may will attract more people to the attraction.

After the trip, I know about the important of friendship and how is it caring on the happiness because I enjoyed my time when after the cleaning with friends. First I went to jungle trekking with Eunice and Marilyn whatever we didn’t finished the adventure, but I do felt that I’m a men because I’m take care of them in the adventure. After that, I invited my friends to ride banana boat. Every one of us paid RM20 for 20 minutes whatever it is quiet expensive. But we still want to play because of the experience. When falling from the banana boat I can felt that I do hit my friends. No wonder they will complain and mention me to care about the hands and legs. Hopefully, they will be fine for what I did to them.

I realize that island was the one of the attraction of Sabah because I saw many tourists were there for diving, snorkeling, and water sport. Island will be one of the way to caring on the economics of the Sabah. No wonder, Sabah Tourism Board keeping develop in island facilities and promote the island to the world.

At the last, I would like to thank Mrs. Christina for given me the chance to join the trip and learned from the trip. It’s let me know more deeply about the island and how it’s important for the tourism of Sabah.

Kota KInabalu, formerly called Jesselton. This is a modern capital with the warm hospitality. It is located on the west coast of “the Land below the Wind”, under the watchful eye of majestic Mount Kinabalu, and on the fringes of the South China Sea, Kota Kinabalu is the bustling and colourful gateway to Sabah. Sabah is the second largest state in Malaysia, is situated at the northern part of the island of Borneo, the third largest island in the world. Kota Kinabalu is a multiracial country. For Example: Chinese, Malay, India, and others. That why there’s food is varied in a way that only a state with 30 ethnic groups can offer. For Example: Nasi Lemak, Roti Canai, Hainanese Chicken Rice, and others. Kota Kinabalu is a place was full of natural resources and potential to be a successful city as New York.

Actually Kota Kinabalu still have many development can be additional. First, development in Metropolitan Rapid Transit System, if it is operated this will be the major transportation of Sabah. Because it can avoid the traffic jam problem and let Kota Kinabalu be systematic in traffic. Information traffic in Kota Kinabalu was very confused, it may lets tourists hard to travel with themselves. If not take action about this, when the time be longer it will be the serious problem to the tourism industry and of course Kota Kinabalu. By the way, Metropolitan Rapid Transit System in Taipei had been developed as successful, there tourism industry because of this to became popular. If Metropolitan Rapid Transit System in Kota Kinabalu can be developed as successful as Taipei, then Kota Kinabalu may attract more tourists to visit.

We have to upgrading the cleaning department to make it more efficient. In the Kota Kinabalu city, there were lacked of cleaning whatever it is the capital of Sabah. This will destroy the look of the city and the image to the tourists. If not, in their mind Kota Kinabalu will be a dirty, non-sense, smelly city. It will directly affect to the Sabah and of course Malaysia will be related too. These matter may will let’s Kota Kinabalu be well known but as the nickname “Dirty City”. We have to upgrade and be well known as the nickname “One Of The Clean City In The World”.

Nature Resources is the most important thing and the sign of the Kota Kinabalu city. We have to maintain these important resources always, can’t not let it be destroy. In the research, there had 80% tourists come to visit Kota Kinabalu is because of the valuable natural resources. The world biggest flower “Rafflesia” is one of the valuable natural resources in Kota Kinabalu. We have to take care about it, if not it will become extinct soon.

The public order need to be improving too. Because there have no one hope to live at the place was un-safety. To be honest, public order in Kota Kinabalu was no enough. There were lacked of patrol and it may will bring in crime to the city. Police should always patrol at the dark corner and the pub around the city for avoid crime happened. The city will in the un-safety and crime situation. For example: Saudi Arab, North Korea, and others. These are the country were terrible.

Police should take action at the stowaways. Because they are Violations of local people human rights. Some of them will destroyed the city facilities and bring in the crime to the city. They will affect to the economies of Kota Kinabalu. Economies were the roof of the country. No one country can be successful as well without economies help.

Government should build housing and sell to the local people as the cheap price. Sabah have a lot of people don’t have enough money to have own house. As a government must give help to them. Because a successful city must need the support and help from peoples. Government should treat people as good and give much offer to them. For example: Health card, Insurance and others. Just like the Taiwan, Japan, and Brunei, these country did gave the offer to their people.

Kota Kinabalu may build a big theme park for attract tourists to be here. The number of tourists will be increase because of the theme park. For example: Hong Kong because of the Disney Land help to become a economies boom. These cases were remind us that theme park is important for a city or a country in the developing.

At the last, I wish all of above may will be improve and develop as well. If Kota Kinabalu had done all the developed and improvement, then it will the successful city as New York, Tokyo. Archive the great city of the world name. Hopefully this day can be true before I am back to the hug of Jesus.

The smallest island that covers six hectares. Another peaceful island with a rich coral and marine life. If you are a novice diver, try to get your first diving lessons here and you will discover another world. At the north-eastern tip of Pulau Mamutik you can find the rare white distichopora lace coral. If you are not going only for quick diving and want stay overnight, you can get permission from the Sabah Park office in KK to camp there.

But it can't buy friendship, love, respect of anyone.

I'm ever read a book and it say that money are the roof of all evil
because people willing to kill innocent and betrayal friend or family for get it.
Just because of money they yield to the devil and chosen to give up on the relationship were build by each other.
